Getting Crafty
Registration is open for the CHA winter convention and trade show, coming up later this month in Anaheim, California. I, for one, am looking forward to spending some time in the sun!
The CHA show is not just about craft, there are a large number of fine art materials manufacturers and distributors exhibiting, giving workshops and offering great in-booth demonstrations and make-and-takes.
I will be on hand at the Jack Richeson & Co. booth, giving demos and talking up some Tri-Art acrylic products, including Liquids, Mediums and Spectral Colour. I will also be giving a workshop on Jan. 26th on "Acrylic Bling", focusing on the dazzling showstopping Interference, Iridescent, Spectral colour as well as a couple of my favorites: Liquid Mirror and Micaceous Iron Oxide.
On more book related assignments, I will be at the Watson-Guptill and the Barnes & Noble booths intermittently during the show.
Show dates & hours:
Sun., Jan 24 10am - 6pm
Mon., Jan 25 9am - 5:30pm
Tues., Jan 26 9am - 5:30pm
Wed., Jan 27 9am - 2pm
At the Anaheim Convention Center.
